The MEK Iran has stated in an article on their website that everything suggests
that the fugitive mullah and former Iranian magistrate and judge, Gholamreza
Mansouri, who was under judicial supervision and was the subject of an
investigation in Romania, was assassinated by the intelligence services of the
Iranian regime with a method involving their signature. From MEK Iran point out that his death
is similar to the serial murders perpetrated by the Ministry of Intelligence
and Security (VEVAK) in the 1990s, and to the subsequent elimination of
perpetrators such as Said Emami and Massoud Dalili. It also resembles the
assassination of Massoud Molavi in Turkey on November 14, 2019.
MEK Iran
shared in the article on their website English Mojahedin, that Reuters has reported on April 2, 2020 that two intelligence agents from
the Iranian regime’s consulate in Istanbul led the assassination of Molavi.
Hesamaddin Ashena, Rohani's advisor and former deputy minister of Intelligence
and Security, pointed to his Twitter account staging the “suicide” of Said
Emami by mentioning the death of Gholamreza Mansouri.
An hour after Mansouri's death, the Revolutionary Guards
(Pasdarans) quickly quoted an “expert in international affairs” who said: “We
have to look for clues in this case among counter-revolutionaries and
hypocrites (pejorative name used by the regime against its main opposition, the
MEK Iran, who were injured by judge Mansouri.” The rapid discovery of virtual
"clues" recalls the speed with which Khamenei had falsely attributed
to the MEK Iran, a bomb
attack at the sacred shrine of Imam Reza in Machad, June 20, 1994, only an hour
after the incident.
The MEK
Iran indicates that the Security and Counter-terrorism Commission of the
National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI) issued press releases on June 13,
16 and 18, revealing the Pasdaran plot against Gholamreza Mansouri. They stated: “Due to the crisis created by (international)
sanctions and the epidemic of coronavirus, the internal struggles within the
clerical regime for the succession of Khamenei reach their paroxysm, and new
members and agents (of the regime) will pay for it. ”
